These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and k6gam ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://k6gam.cam and any associated services, features, content or applications offered by k6gam.
k6gam is an English-language online betting information and gaming platform designed to serve Pakistani users. The platform provides sports betting information, live casino content, responsible gambling tools and general betting education. In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
Use of k6gam is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to the User's region. It is a strict condition of these Terms that minors do not access, register on or use the Platform in any capacity. k6gam reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time, and to immediately suspend or close any account where the User is found to be below the applicable minimum age.

To access the full range of Services on k6gam, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. Users are required to create a unique username and a secure password for their account.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or substitute accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances held across all accounts, permanent account suspension and the reporting of suspected fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials at all times. k6gam strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform. Users must notify k6gam's support team immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account. k6gam accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
k6gam reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any User at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence), proof of address, and verification of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction or closure of the User's account.
k6gam grants each registered User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Services solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
k6gam does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, emergency technical issues or circumstances beyond k6gam's reasonable control. k6gam will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
Where applicable, account transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currencies as may be made available by the Platform from time to time. Currency conversion fees and exchange rate variations may apply to transactions involving non-PKR currencies. k6gam accepts no liability for losses arising from adverse exchange rate movements.
Payment service names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced on this Platform for contextual familiarity only. k6gam does not claim endorsement, affiliation or gambling support from any of these providers. Always verify supported payment methods directly within your account settings.
All bets placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, market type or casino game. It is the User's responsibility to review all applicable rules before placing a bet. k6gam reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or under circumstances involving a system error or technical fault.
Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are those that shall apply to the bet. In the case of live / in-play markets, odds may shift rapidly in response to events during play. k6gam does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, odds or event.
If a sporting event or market is cancelled, postponed, suspended or abandoned before the relevant settlement conditions have been met, bets placed on that event or market may be voided and the stake returned to the User's account, in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the event type. Specific rules for Pakistan cricket (including PSL T20 matches), ICC tournaments, football leagues, UFC events and other supported markets will be published in the Platform's sports-specific rules documentation.
Users are advised to bet responsibly and within their financial means. No betting strategy is guaranteed to produce consistent profits. All bonuses, promotions, free bets and other incentives offered by k6gam are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are generally subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus wagering, game contribution percentages and bonus expiry dates will be specified in the applicable promotional terms. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means that bets totalling PKR 1,00,000 must be placed before the bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. These figures are illustrative only — actual promotional terms may differ.
k6gam reserves the right to determine User eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses may be restricted based on factors including account status, jurisdiction, deposit method, wagering history and other criteria specified in the relevant promotional terms. Only one promotional offer may generally be active per User account at any given time unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, engaging in arbitrage betting, placing exclusively low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other activity that k6gam determines in good faith to constitute bonus abuse — may result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, account suspension and permanent exclusion from future promotions.
Minimum Deposit for Bonuses: A minimum deposit of PKR 1,000 is typically required to activate a welcome or reload bonus, though specific promotional minimums may vary. Always review the applicable promotion page before depositing. These figures are illustrative examples only.
Users may fund their accounts using the payment methods made available by the Platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits will be displayed within the User's account section. k6gam does not accept deposits made on behalf of another individual. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts or instruments held in the User's own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes will be specified within the User's account section. k6gam reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the applicable method's technical capabilities.
Users are solely responsible for any bank charges, transaction fees or other costs imposed by their financial institution or payment provider in connection with deposits to or withdrawals from their k6gam account. k6gam is not liable for delays in the crediting or processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking partners or network outages.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, permanent exclusion from the Platform and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content, materials and functionality on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — are the exclusive property of k6gam or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited licence to access and view the Platform's content for personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not extend to: downloading or copying content for commercial purposes; modifying, adapting or creating derivative works based on any Platform content; reproducing, publishing, distributing or publicly displaying any Platform content without k6gam's prior written consent; or removing any proprietary notices or labels on Platform content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k6gam, its directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other financial or commercial losses.
k6gam does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and its Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
k6gam does not guarantee winnings or outcomes. All betting and gambling activity involves risk, including the total loss of the amount wagered. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
k6gam reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made to these Terms, k6gam will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request the closure of your account by contacting customer support.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which k6gam holds its operating licence, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights that may be available to you under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
As noted throughout these Terms, k6gam does not hold a Pakistan-issued gambling licence. Users in Pakistan access the Platform subject to their own assessment of applicable local law and solely at their own risk. k6gam accepts no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from a User's access to or use of the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
